Functional Design

Lug Type Butterfly Valve is designed with threaded lug inserts integrated into the valve body, allowing direct bolting between two pipe flanges. This configuration supports installation flexibility and enables maintenance of one side of the pipeline without disturbing the opposite side.

The quarter-turn disc mechanism provides fast operation with low torque requirements. The design is suitable for isolation service and compact installations where space and accessibility are critical.
