Standards and Testing
High-performance butterfly valves are manufactured to applicable requirements of API 609 and ASME B16.34. Flange dimensions follow ASME B16.5 or ASME B16.47 where applicable, while pressure testing can be performed in accordance with API 598.
Seat leakage requirements correspond to the selected sealing arrangement. Fire-safe configurations are tested and certified to API 607 or API 6FA for the applicable valve configuration.
