Cryogenic Gate Valve

Cryogenic Gate Valve Manufacturer in Canada

Cryogenic gate valves are engineered for dependable flow blockage in LNG, liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, hydrogen, and various other ultra-low-temperature uses. Thanks to an extended bonnet and components designed for low temperatures, they ensure reliable sealing and smooth functionality at temperatures as low as -196°C. ValvesOnly Canada is the leading Cryogenic Gate Valve Manufacturer in Canada, serving industries in Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Montreal, and across Canada.

Cryogenic Gate Valve Working Mechanism:

A rising stem technique is used to operate a cryogenic gate valve, which elevates or lowers a wedge gate to offer total flow isolation. The gate completely exits the flow channel when fully open, reducing pressure drop and allowing for unrestricted flow through the pipeline.

Its extended hood maintains easy operation and dependable shut-off in low temperature applications down to -196°C, all while keeping the stem packing away from cryogenic temperatures and safeguarding the sealing components from severe cold.
